6.1. All disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the implementation of this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations between the Parties.
6.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it is subject to consideration in court in accordance with Canadian law.
7.1. This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with Canadian law.
7.2. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in force and continue to be effective to the fullest extent possible.
7.3. This Agreement comes into force from the moment it is accepted by the User and is valid indefinitely.
